Spring Semester!

   Gettin' pretty excited about next semester.
   I've finally decided what major I want to pursue at my local junior college. I have decided to work towards an AAS degree in Interactive Media!

   What's Interactive Media, you ask? From what I understand from the descriptions I've read, it's mostly web development of tools and different kinds of media that interact with the consumer. I'm already into web development and design, so I'm psyched to be on my way to a professional level, and possibly land a job that actually pays me to do what I love.
   I'm so excited!! ^_^

   This week (well, since Tuesday) I'm dog/house sitting for my brother and sister-in-law. They're in Hawaii for the honeymoon they've been planning to go on for a couple years. (They've been married for four years, now.)
   So while they're gone, I get to use their car (a Ford Escape) and eat their food. And, on top of it all, they're going to pay me - I didn't see that one.
   It's nice coming "home" to a place with no distractions (that you don't provide yourself). While yes, this sometimes means I don't get to doing my homework 'til about 10pm most nights (because of work or self-provided movie distraction), it's been great. I do what I like when I like, no questions asked. It's been nice.

   I could get used to this.
